Policy and Procedure

When we get a job there are policies and procedures to follow or we face consequences, so I just want to know how many of us me included forgot what are policies and procedures where when we let a man hit us or talk to us like a dog
We broke our own mission statement that it would never be me
But today is a new day and we have Updated and revised those old policies and procedures today it's not directed at me it's directed at who I allow to become a part of my life and if they can support what I am doing and bring something to the table for me because we deserve to be treated like queens and the only way to recieve that is to require it from this point forward you are not his doormat any more change your policy and procedure Today
