Urban Girl Magazine
Hello everyone, summer is quickly approaching and as you know school will be out for most of our young people. More common these days are the lack of jobs for youth ages 14 through 18 years. Elijah's House mission is to provide education through job training for young girls ages 14 through 21. Our Urban Girl Magazine program helps to give girls jobs in the field of journalism and each summer we hire 30 talented females to create a magazine publication. Jobs are scarce and I do need your help. My goal is to raise $5,000.00 to help these young girls maintain jobs during the summer. If each of you donate $2.00 towards this cause our goal will be met in no time.
