Why do Christain Pledge (fraternity and sorority )
God does care how we worship Him; He gives specific commands about how He wants to be glorified according to His standards and not our own. It does matter whether or not we share in the celebration of this world's pagan activities.
Luke 16:15 KJV and he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.
That being said, according to Greek mythology the world was created by many God whom practiced incest. (Cronus married his sister Rhea and together according to Greek Mythology they gave birth to Zeus)
So I had to ask the question why Christians pledge. If you believe that there is one God, and Jesus is his son who was born of flesh, died, buried, and rose after conquering death. How can you pledge to a pagan organization that is set against the one true living God? As time is winding down we can not continue to make accept ion for our actions. There is no justifying being out of the will of God.
Not my words but remember his words his commandments.
Exodus 20:3
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Revelation 3:16
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
There is no wavering with God. I pray this will open the eyes and hearts of those who see the truth.

I should think it is a personal choice to pledge and also it is based on a person's own personal convictions. Did you know that MLK and his wife were both members of Greek organizations?
