I try to cook and/or marinate my meats on the weekend and when I come home I can just make the sides and/or pop in the oven.
I cook daily or cook my veggies on Sunday. We like to have the meats fresh the day of our meal.
I cook 7 days a week, it would bea kodak moment when its left overs. And, even then that is a problem with the children because they don't want that. I grew up on left overs, so I think I have spoiled them.
