What does a leader have to follow you ask?
One thing all of us need to recognize is the DUAL NATURE
of leadership and life in general. In order to lead, you
must FOLLOW.
What does a leader have to follow you ask?
1) Their Creator (God): A great leader has
a plan; but also recognizes that the Creator has the
Master Plan. A leader is successful when his/her plan is
in alignment with The Plan. Follow ?The Plan??resistance
is futile.
2) Their Instincts: A great leader also has good
instincts. He/she must learn to trust and FOLLOW his/her
instincts. This is important especially for proper
decision making.
3) Their People: A great leader is in essence a
servant. A business leader serves his/her customer. To
be successful, he/she must FOLLOW the consumer?s needs
and habits. If you follow your people (customer)
you can better position yourself to serve their needs
and wants; therefore, your business will boom.
If you are a leader that refuses to also follow, you
will soon find yourself a leader of nothing. -
