1.) April Griffin was and is waiting on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals to decide her case Case Number 07ap1660. 2.) The alledged statements made were not that of a written statement by any doctors, but only unfounded allegations LIES by the unreliable complaintant in the criminal complaint-Christopher Moews, who, is one of the officers who paralyzed April, and BROKE her baby bones. 3.) April's infant was very well taken care of and seen by a physician. 4.) There exists video footage of the baby; happy, healthy and running around. 5.) Rickets is nothing more than a medical term for bow legs which the baby inherited genetically, as he did his height. 6.) April Griffin parental Rights were not ever terminated and there is no legal documents to state such. 7>0 April Griffin did not know Laura Manrequez, and this woman attempted to manipulate April into dropping her appeal. This is an article in which shows the true nature of Judge Guolee and his view of inner city baby boys-he is out to destroy as many as possible: Posted: Oct. 25, 2004 A civil lawsuit over the 2001 death of 7-month-old Devin Slade, who suffocated in a bed at the home of a foster mother, was thrown out of court for lack of evidence Monday.
In making the ruling, Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Michael Guolee said attorneys for the boy's parents never proved negligence by the foster mother, Anita Lusk, or the state socialworker who put the infant in her home, which lacked a crib for the child.
Lusk lost her foster care license after Devin's June 2001 suffocation. Devin had been sleeping in a bed with Lusk's then-13-year-old daughter and was found dead, his body pinned between the mattress and a wall.
Several state officials at the time decried the "rush" placement of Devin in Lusk's home - the baby's parents had been jailed - without proper checks of whether it was an appropriate place. Guolee said he had seen no proof that Lusk or the socialworker, Amy Hausch, had failed their duties by any specific measure he could ask the jury to punish.
