Today’s Mother.
He told her that he loved her and they would
be together forever, Today’s Mother.
Nothing but false promises and a broken
heart did she receive, Today’s Mother.
All she ever wanted was a place in a man’s
heart a true love that would secure a family.
A family that consisted of a Father, Mother, and
children like the OLE days when our great, great,
great, fathers stuck around after births and allowed
a Mother to be a Mother.
And not what they are today, the Mother and Father
to their children for men nolonger assume responsibility.

humiliation, heartbreaks, and all the other torments and
