All it takes is one good vacation to lose all that you have worked hard for. I have worked out for weeks. In addition, I changed my diet. I even created my own cucumber diet. My skin started to look great, my body looked great, I was feeling great. Then here comes the vacation. I dear not tell you how much I ate while on vacation. I must admit, I enjoyed every bite. Wow!!! Now, if only I can get back on track. I still feel good about myself, however, I am feeling just a little bit guilty about my food intake over the last 4 to 5 days. I keep looking at my scale. It is truly scaring me. Maybe I will wait until next weekend to face or tackle it. Maybe.
