Lately I just cannot sleep throughout the whole night (197 hits)
Does anyone else have this problem. I have to get up by 6:30a.m. and here I am at the computer at 3:00a.m. This has been going on for almost a year now. I wakeup almost every night between the hours of 2 and 3 a.m. I have tried Simply Sleepy by Tylenol and other over the counter meds. I am a little afraid of prescriptions. I do not take the sleep aides every night. However, it does not matter one way or the other, I still cannot sleep.
I have always had sleep problems, I kind of just learned to adjust to it, but one thing that worked better than anything whatsoever is good strong exercise. When I had a good exercise routine, I slept GREAT and even looked forward to getting in the bed to relax even if I was not asleep. I think that would fix your problem.
