HOW TO TAKE NAMI-MARYLAND'S ACTION ALERT TO PROTECT MENTAL HEALTH BUDGET FUNDING, NOTE-CARD WRITING... (118 hits)

For Immediate Release From NAMI-Maryland!

Budget hearings are underway in Maryland, and key decisions are being made right now that will impact access to mental health care across our state.

NAMI Maryland is urging lawmakers to protect and strengthen critical behavioral health investments that Maryland families depend on.

Why your voice matters:
These budget decisions will shape whether thousands of Marylanders—especially children, youth, and families—can access the mental health care they need. Without action now, critical programs and services could be weakened or lost.

Take Action Today

Contact your Senator or Delegate and urge them to:

Restore full Consortium funding

Protect and expand CCBHCs

Support a 3% provider rate increase

Together, we can ensure that every Marylander has access to the mental health care they deserve.

Protect these vital services. Keep the Door Open: Protect Maryland Mental Health Funding: https://mstr.app/0fdcef19-a38b-485f-bd69-c...
