Looking for a safe space to participate in honest conversations? Passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health? Join Empower By Hour's Youth 988 Summit to learn about discovering your self worth/self love through mental health advocacy!
In today's fast paced society, the youth are always under constant pressure and stress from school, work, projects, and more. Social media often sets unrealistic standards and expectations that diminish our self confidence and belief in ourselves. So, we must learn to open ourselves to others, have vulnerable conversations, and take care of ourselves properly.
What is the Youth 988 Summit?
At the Youth 988 Summit, you will have the opportunity to hear from two notable GenZ mental health advocates about their own mental health journeys and paths of action! Furthermore, you will experience a 10-15 minute breath work session to relax our bodies. Lastly, you'll get to connect with other young leaders to have vulnerable and ice-breaking conversations surrounding certain mental health topics and hot takes.

The Youth 988 Summit will take place on Saturday, March 25th, 2023 from 10 AM-12:30 PM PST through a virtual, interactive zoom platform. Anyone ages 13-24 can attend!
