The #1 Reason people don't have money, they don't sell anything. #2 Reason-- (cold hard facts,ok) The average rent is $1000 per month x 12 months in a year, that equals (=)' $12,000 per year. This is Money You can't get back ok? $12,000 x 5 years = $60,000, in 5 short years. $60,000. And these are bottom numbers I'm using ( some people pay double that, triple that.) Most car notes and car insurance ="$300 (again these are bottom numbers, my brother pays $600 A month) $300 x 12 = $3600, lets round that off to $4000 (with gas, maintenance and other hidden expenses). $4000 x 5years = $20,000. Now that's $60,000 + $20,000 = $80,000 in 5 short years. $80,000 in 5 short years. I guess you don't have any money. Bare in mind this is Money You can't get back. Ok, I'm done!
