Onlookers are amazed at a large ice circle that has cropped the Presumpscot River in Westbrook, Maine. The huge diameter circle is about the size a football field and moves in circles. Scientists say this is a natural phenomenon but this particular one is one it's largest in the America. People are flocking to the river just to capture the rare occurrence with snapping pictures of the formation alone and with selfies. Thrill seekers are amazed because it's not something seen often. Many are comparing it to the mysterious crop shapes in corn fields. It's dazzles the circles around the water.
