HBCU Dance Camp Ambassadors and Menotrs Needed. Apply Now. (3699 hits)


It's almost time for the greatest danceline camp on earth - the 5th Annual #HBCUDanceCamp!

We're looking for the best and brightest dancers to join us as Camp Ambassadors & Mentors (CAMs) this summer.

If interested, please complete the packets asap (links below.) Again, our goal is to have as many HBCUs represented this summer, so that includes you!

NOTE: The submission deadline is extended. Please ignore the deadline date within the packet.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Target:
* 50 CAMs - Two CAMs per Team MAX (must be current CAM or a CAM alum within 2yrs of being on the team)

CAM Attire:
Day 1: Wear a SCHOOL Tee
Day 2: Wear a Danceline Top/Tee (that showcases your team's name)
Day 3: Wear an HBCU Dance Shirt (provided by us)

CAM Attendance: CAMs must be available all 3 days for the entire time. CAMs must also take the classes and perform at the finale.

CAM Responsibilities:
  • CAMs must organize and execute 3 team building activities for campers
  • Can Assist the Camp Trainers during training classes
  • Must encourage and motivate campers during classes
  • Must provide college prep advice to campers
  • Must promote the camp fliers and promotional videos on social media - before, during and after camp
  • Must be in good spirits and have high energy during camp. No attitudes allowed.
  • Must be able to attend camp ALL 3 DAYS and perform in the Camp Finale.
