TRANSIT FIRE IN EAST HARLEM CAUSED COMMUTERS WOES (512 hits)

A New York view showed smothering with smokes and fire from an underground transit commute route on Tuesday night around 6:42 p.m.. The fire ignited between two trailers beneath train tracks. At least 10 cars of trailers were damaged. New York fire fighters battled the blaze however, the havoc caused the passages to be closed to commutes and re-routing of routes to thousands of transit riders. Investigations are underway to the cause of the fire with sounded with a boom. No one was reported injured in the fire which also destroyed a landscape sight of flowers. The incident happened at the 119th and Park Streets in East Harlem.
