Feeling Social Media Happiness or Depression? (1271 hits)

Social media is a wonderful medium to keep up with family and friends.

However, studies are now reporting that many of us are suffering from social media depression.

Why?

People only seem to post their finest moments. Looking their best, eating their best, going on vacations, sporting wonderful loving relationships.

This can easily leave you feeling that everyone has a better life than you. Your self-esteem drops.

Be aware of how you are feeling when you visit Instagram, Facebook and other outlets.

Ask yourself when you go to these sites; "How does this make me feel?"
"What am I feeling?"
