25 years later has citizens observing the fall of the Berlin Wall which was built in in 1961. Crowds are gathering in flocks to visit the remaining of the wall and remembering it's fall as well. The wall was built to officially keep communist East Germans to the West was taken down in 1989. The German Chancellor, Angela Merkel brought a rose to the wall and said in the event's speech on November 09, 2014 --that the fall of the wall has a reason for the world of change; and that dreams can come true. She stated "nothing has to stay as it is." The beginning of the ceremony had a live brass band and some 7000 white baloons were released to the sky.
