10 Ideas to help you keep the spark alive in your marriage (717 hits)


1. Take a trip to Africa or other countries and learn the marriage culture in order to incorporate new practices into your marriage.

2. Be each others workout and stretch partners at least one week out of every month.

3. Insist on having a “Date Night” at a different location once a week. To make it
interesting come up with a new conversation topic to discuss on your date.

4. Take a class together, like Pottery, or Photography.

5. Go to a Therapy meeting to learn new coping skills.

6. Throw an anniversary party annually that allows you the chance to renew your Vows.

7. Create and work together towards a new financial goal bi-annually.

8. Create a cornucopia of compliments, wishes, and prayers that you and your
spouse can access daily to help each other stay motivated about growing in love.

9. Role Play: Enter characters into a hat and blindly pick your new image. Give
yourself a week or how ever long you want to be spontaneous to act out the role!

10. Create Vision boards together every month.
