Agnes,
It's nice that Mental Health Care is expanding under ObamaCare, but many of my relatives aren't able to get this care being that SC (my home State) didn't expand the Medicaid.
Some of my relatives without employer coverage didn't even bother to sign up. Go figure, perhaps it's the cost that is still affordable. Some plans offered by BCBS of South Carolina with basic coverage cost $200 plus a month.
Someone I know had to be committed for mental health concerns and they have basic Medicaid but Ned access to Mental Health Services that can diagnose Dual-Diagnosis and treat alcohol and/ or substance abuse such as Marijuana.
It's sad.
