Feel Like You Failed, or Missed Your Mark? Read This: (683 hits)

This time of year is when many people feel that they have broken their New Year's resolution.

They curse and beat up on themselves. They carry anger and disdain toward the one person they should love the most...themselves.

If you are feeling this way too, STOP IT.

Simply stop. Realize this is the ego-mind that tries to separate you from the magnificent Spiritual Being that you are.

Many of us set goals by measuring what society says we should do, and where we should be in our lives. We also shoot for huge impossible things in our lives that no human can attain.

The only person to measure yourself against, is yourself. How am I better than I was before? What improvements have I made with myself?
