National popular author has won a honorary award for the writing fiction. James Mcbride has the winner's chair as the 2013 for fiction. Mcbride is known in the writer's scene has also performed as an actor-- picked up the award on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. His book "Good Lord Bird" brought him the prize.
