MANILA FIRE BURNED HOMES ON CHRISTMAS (484 hits)

Manilla, Philippines

A large inferno blazed across Manila residents leaving at least 500 homes burning. Residents were furious as they acted violently killing one man who claimed he started the fire. New sources said the fire was not caused by the man, but may have started from children playing with candels. At least 13 people were hurt, and 7 fatalities were reported. Angry residents also threw rocks at firefighters. An invesigation was conducted in the beating death of the man, and many of the homeless were sheltered in a nearby shelter. The fire has left at least 5,000 thousand of people without shelter.
