How To Get Over Fear (503 hits)

We all have fears.

Many fears are based on experiences from our past.

We may feel that painful incidents will be repeated, or something worse will happen.

Other fears are also projected onto us by others. We hear a lot of those lately with the upcoming election. Then there are fears that seem to come out of nowhere. These are anxieties.

I don’t know where my fear came from. It’s a common fear that many people have. The good news is that I could overcome it. And you can too. No matter what fear you are facing.
