Hi all, just wanted to share that I was listening to the Michael Baisden show yesterday while driving in my car. He revealed that he had received a disturbing call from one of long time lady friends. She cried to him about how she was getting ready to apply for a job as a waitress at a strip club when she held a Masters Degree and worked in the corporate sector. Wow! In addition, he stated that he had forewarned her many moons ago to start her own business or link up with other women Entrepreneurs because he already knew or foresaw the troubles of our economy. She would always wand him off by saying that she's too busy! Someone once told me that somehow we as a black race somehow missed the memo in terms of being self-employed. We would be entitled to the same tax cuts as other CEO's and would have more time to spend with our families as well. We must learn to not be afraid towards taking the necessary steps to pave a solid path for our children's children. In order to accomplish anything in life, TIME, FOCUS and DRIVE are three of many key factors that must be given to acquire success and a life filled with abundance. My goal in life is to put a halt to generational struggle and build towards creating generational legacies.
