My clients are Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Institutions, Insurance Companies. They will not fill out KYC or paperwork. They work on a desk to desk basis. Sell ticket/Buy ticket. They may do a bank to bank transaction depends on the bank and the MTN. They are interested in Sr. Unsurbordinated MTN's with at least a 5% coupon. The MTN's must be live and currently trading with at least a 8 point spread. MTN's must be cashed back not interested in credit linked notes or structured. MTN's must be delivarable. Must be able to communicate with the Seller before we engage. They prefer spot offers not contracts. I hope that this information helps.
