A comprehensive study reported from the British Medical Journal Lancet indicated that findings on lack of exercise could lead to a earlier death. The reported suggested that in 2008 at least 5.3 million people across the world died due to lack of exercise. That estimates 1 in every 10 deaths. The over 10 year study documented that cases of inactivity has given cause to many diseases and illiness related to heart and unhealthy lifestyles. The study zoned from typical households where individuals often watched televison for hours, or used technology to do many things that could be done physically. In addition the study pointed on how children are more likely to play video games and watch tv for hours daily with no type of physical exercise at all. The study suggest that at least 150 hours of week is beneficial, and that taking 10 minutes several times a day to move will improve life span and may ward away diseases which multiply by lack of movement.
