With each detail that emerges about the Jackson family meltdown, the story becomes even more unbelievable.
On Tuesday morning, Katherine Jackson's lawyers released a statement alleging that Janet, Jermaine, and Randy Jackson (but not America's favorite Randy Jackson) drove onto Katherine Jackson's property uninvited, roughed up her grandkids, and attempted to spirit them away to Arizona against their will.
Now TMZ is releasing quotes from dubious unnamed sources that claim the fists and swears were flying between the adults and the kids as the scene unfolded.
Specifically, Janet to Paris:
"You're a spoiled little b!#@h!"
And Paris to Janet:
"This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f#@k out!"
In addition to words, the two reportedly exchanged slaps.
TMZ adds that Katherine's nephew Trent, who's staying at the house, allegedly put Randy Jackson in a headlock and punched Jermaine in the mouth.
In a second update, released just minutes after the first, Tito Jackson seems to be turning on his siblings to side with the kids and Katherine.
Earlier this month Tito, Jermaine, Janet, Rebbie, and Randy sent a letter to the executors of their brother Michael's estate accusing them of mismanaging their job so severely that Katherine Jackson suffered a "mini-stroke" from the resulting stress. The siblings also alleged that the will presented by the executors as that of Michael Jackson was fake.
On Tuesday afternoon, Tito released a statement retracting the letter's claims.
"I completely retract my signature from the July 17th letter sent to the Executors of my brother Michael's estate and repudiate all the claims made against them."
Tito's 34-year-old son TJ is reported to be pursuing temporary guardianship over Michael's children while Katherine is in Arizona for reasons unknown.
UPDATE: It appears Paris Jackson, who is fast becoming America's favorite Jackson, has responded to TMZ via Instagram repudiating at least some of the claims. She just posted an image to what seems to be her account reading:
"Dear TMZ No one slapped anyone, and I did not cuss Janet out."
Dropping the "Aunt" from "Aunt Janet." This truly is a showbiz family.
And I thought Latoya was the craziest Jackson sister...LOL
Paris is fighting hard because she and Prince are almost 18 and they will cut the siblings out of their will...it's all about the $$$$$$$. Damn shame how they are trying to steal from the children...

Rumor has it that MJ's siblings kidnapped their mother and tried to force her to fire the executors of his estate. They were p'ed off when they found out the executors were paid 13 million dollars from the time MJ passed in 2009 to the present...

Tito's son TJ went to court and was awarded temporary custody of the children. According to TMZ, when Janet attacked Paris, Randy and Jermaine got involved, so Tito's son put Randy in a headlock, and Jermaine tried to help Randy but Tito's son puched Jermaine in the mouth. After that they were hollering and screaming and left the estate...it's crazy...

there are people badmouthing Janet saying "she needs to go have her own kids"...............................from what i read Paris deserves to get the sh*t slapped out of her since she wants to act grown...................................
janet's actions was justified...........children should respect their elders..............................she would have never talked to her aunt like that if Micheal was alive...................
