12TH DAY

You've known the First Lady always in tune of exercising and good eating goes for her hand in hand. Now, it's gone to making her way to breaking records. How does she do it? You might not know, but she's now broken a world record for the most "Jumping Jacks" She cleverly achieved her win by leading 400 students in jumping jacks from Washington on the south lawn of the White House. The record was broken when she led the most people doing jumping jacks in a single 24-hour period. Mrs. Obama said that 300,265 people particpated in the record breaking jumps. This was her promise and she set the record in jumps. The effort was held in a campaign by National Geographic Magazine in contribution to the First Lady's "Let's Move" program to get fit and healthy activity. The competition was held on world-wide in October. Breaking the record she succeeded!
