Stellar nominated trumpeter, Syreeta Thompson is no stranger to the music industry as she has studied under the world renowned Wynton Marsalis, and one of the most recognizable contralto voices in Gospel, Dorinda Clark-Cole. The talented instrumentalist has toured with Beyonce, Lauryn Hill and Tito Puente; plays weekly with the Love Fellowship Choir under the leadership of Bishop Hezekiah Walker; and is currently the Department Chair of Instrumental Music for Cicely Tyson School of Fine and Performing Arts.
