The next step in the process of reinventing self, is to get a vision of what you want to remake or revive. Have you ever heard the term , "I can just SEE it now". Ususally this is statement is figuratively speaking but the message is this: Before you can see something, you must 'SEE' something. That means that you must see it in your mind's eye before you see it with your physical eye.
1) See it. What you can see with your eyes is your reality. What you can see with your imagination is hope for tomorrow? Get a clear picture of what you want your reinvented self to look like. For more on seeing the vision click here and here.
2) Write it. Writing helps to solidify it in your mind because our minds are so far out there with the everyday happenings of life. Writing it down makes it more real and attainable. Writing it becomes your blueprint. Every plan has to start with the vision, so your plan for your makeover will require you to have some kind of plan first.
3) Design it. Do this by creating a vision board. Having that vision board, with all of the pictures to accentuate your vision, will continue to fuel your determination and desire to be all that you want from your reinvention.
Once you have the vision in place, now you are ready to take some more small steps to bring this vision to realisty. Next step is to keep moving even though you dont know what each step with bring. More about that in the next post.
