I know I can; Believe I will- Fitness Friday Report (243 hits)


This week has been quite an emotional one, in a good way. Whew! I've had some good workouts and the manifestation of some other things that are lining things up for me. I am going to achieve what I set out to do. I know I can; believe I will.

So, today is the day for the Fitness Friday Report. On the Soulful Sandstone site, I give the account of one enlightening moment that I encountered with God during my run this week. I also give another account of how God put me out there to do something that I didnt think that I was prepared to do. He definitely knows me better than I know myself.

In this post, I will give more details on my physical challenges. This week, I only lost 1.7 lbs. I was surprised to even see that much loss because my eating habits for this week have been horrible. I ate fried chicken (2x), pizza, and hot dogs this week. Just horrible. But I guess that I was still able to lose some weight because of all the running that I did to burn those calories.

I cannot continue to go that route. I have got to get back on track with my eating because it wont make sense to do all of this working out and then not eating properly. I've come to far to turn around now. And I am definitely not giving up or quitting what I have started on this weight loss journey. No sireeee. I will finish what I started. I know I can; Believe I will.

With the lbs lost for this week, my total weight loss is now 19.8 lbs. My sister told me that I need new clothes because my jeans were a little baggy yesterday. That felt good to hear her say that. But I wont buy any new clothes until I reach the size that I want to wear a size 10 jeans. And I still have work to do before I get in that size. So, until that time, I will just have to continue to wear the baggy ones......lol

Awesome!!! I just can't wait for you to reach your goal. Will you continue to exercise and eat balanced meals? I just started exercising again after almost 6 months!
