This past week, my workout schedule was hectic, but I loved every minute of it. I feel good and so energized. You can check out the spirit, soul and body report on Soulful Sandstone.
I am continuing with the Fast, which ends on August 31st, so my eating is as it should be with lots of fruits and veggies, no sweets or sodas and no food after 7 pm.
Reminder, that I accepted a healthier lifestyle challenge from one of my cousins. The challenge is to commit to a two-week program of healthier eating and exercise. The challenge is to exercise EVERYDAY for 14 days and follow a special menu which includes 5 small meals a day.
Now here is my account for the physical workouts for the week. Some days, I exercised twice, morning and evening. That is a big step for me.
Monday morning- Gym for 1 hour (treadmill, elliptical and upper body strengthening Monday evening- Zumba dance for 45 minutes
Tuesday morning- Gym for 1 hour (elliptical, bike and lower body strengthening) Tuesday evening- Park (walked and ran 2.5 miles)
Wednesday morning- Zumba dance for 1 hr and 20 min.
Thursday morning- Zumba dance 1 hour Thursday evening- Park (walked and ran 2.75 miles)
Friday morning- Gym for 1 hour (treadmill, bike and core strengthening)
I’ve decided to do bi-weekly weigh-ins on the scale. I think that will serve me better. Stay tuned for the next Fitness Friday Report.
