I was naminated to receive an Black Essence award (295 hits)
Blessings friends. I was nominated to receive an Black Essence Award by the CEO of the awards. I am walking on faith. In my life I've seen so many miracles. I've depleted all of my funds by helping others. I know GOD will bless me so I can attend this special event. I never ask for anything, but this has been a dream of mines. I've never traveled. due to being a caretaker all of these years. I've taken care of my mother who has had six strokes and is now paralyzed on one side. Taken care of my three disables kids, after my husband walked away. (My kids were ages 6-2 at that time- I never received a dime from him). GOD always made away. I remember when 2 of them was in the hospital at once. Two of my precious kids have sickle cell disease, and one was born with water on the brain-kidney disorder- and prader willie syndrome. (he will eat his self to death if not watch 24 hrs.) His brain do not tell him he is full. He also have high blood pressure, and COP. He is now 31 yrs old and doing fine. My daughter will be soon receiving a bone marrow transplant. We are still blessed and know the lord. I also took care of my father, aunt and grandmother in my home until their passing. My home was a place of LOVE. I gave up my career as a medical transcriptionist to take care of them. I am now 50 and want to continual my mission of LOVE. I am working to still help the homeless and cancer survivors with the sell of my RARE one of a kind handmade dolls.Ii will soon mass produce some to help with this mission. I know they will be a success, just like the beannie babies. I worked on this ideal for over twenty years. Day and night I went back to the drawing board. I am also involved in helping build a school and supplying it in Africa-though the YES program (YOUTH EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES). This nomination is truly a dream come true. I've never seen a mountain, snow, or flew on a plane, due to my dedication of caring for my family and people. This would be an experience of a life time. I need attire, travel , and hotel expense.
