Non-Americans being put in charge of Black Americans.. (429 hits)
Am I the only one that has noticed how people can come from other countries and get right into management postions . Right over top of Black Americans that having been working that job for years. Does anyone question the citizenship of these non-Americans? Heres something to ponder. Michelle Rhee {korean} is the school chancellor in Washington DC. She fired many qualified Teachers last year, claiming their was no money in the budget. This week they have found 34 million dollars that wasn't applied to the education system. So instead of rehiring the Black People she fired. She is now saying , shes going to use the 34 million dollars to give teachers a pay raise. WTF???
Brother Cherry, That was messed what Rhee did, but being born in the U.S. doesn't necessarily qualify us for management positions nor does having worked on a job for xyz number of years mean that we should be managers. I hope you will not chew me up and spit me out.
