Yes, CURLS has launched a mass market product line, exclusively for Target….CURLS for Target. This is a sister line to our professional product line, CURLS. This line is for the budget conscious curly in search of wholesome products. The price points are lower, the packaging and formulations have also been changed. They are formulated with some organics….and still are paraben, silicone, sulfate, artificial color/fragrance, mineral and petrolatum free.
