How familiar does this call sound when we attempt to give birth in the spirit! We make a call in the natural, and then wait for the Police, Paramedics, Fire Department and Doctors, when it has nothing to do with MAN!
How many times have you felt like you just didn't have the strength to go on, because the world has dropped its weight on your shoulders, and you are pregnant with promise?
How many of you have fought the enemy in your sleep and felt the pressure in your chest with the silent screams for help, and awoke to just you holding the covers and sweating?
How many of you thought about what the world may be like without you because your self-esteem was at an all time low and caused a "Mental Illness" to rise up, and then they called and are still calling you crazy because the pressures of life have become too much to bear?
How many of you, your loved ones or friends have turned to drugs and alcohol because you ran from your calling?
How many Christians have been attacked while trying to find out who you really are in Christ?
How many Christians have been attacked while trying to give birth to your God-given gifts and awaken from a Holy Ghost slumber to only find that your travailing and labor produced no manifestational evidence, because the enemy took it because the wrong "Mid-Wife/Man was present?
If this is you man/woman of God, your 911 call was to the wrong authority! If this is you man/woman of God when was the last time your even consulted God's Directory Assistance?
An emergency call is all God requires you to make. We as Christians have placed our hopes and cares in the wrong hands. We have lost sight of what the Lord requires us to do. We have allowed technology to take place of our devotion time. We have allowed the world to dictate too much of our time, which has caused Christendom to fall short because of the convenience of "I'll get to it later." We have allowed the tricks of the trade in Church to keep us there all week long, so if we have a family there has been no time spent placing family values at home. We have allowed our children to be raised by the TV Shows and Cable (DVR), because it keeps them out of our hair.
Men/Women of God trouble, trials, tribulation, lack of not enough, false teachings, different doctrine every other Sunday from church hopping, altar call every Sunday (3) services, Monday Intercessory prayer at church, Tuesday Praise Team Rehearsal at the church, Wednesday Bible Study at the church, Thursday Choir at the Church, Friday Praise at the church, Saturday Cell and Evangelism Outreach meeting or outings. When was the last time you fellowshipped at home? When was YOUR devotional time not on the go? When did you have time to spend with your husband, wife, and kids?
We wonder why all hell has broken loose! We wonder why the enemy has invaded the camp. We wonder why were having problems on the job. Were still wondering why we can't get a prayer through. Were still wondering why our money is funny. Were wondering why our kids are stressed out and doing badly in school. Were wondering why the kids are turning to street gangs for love and acceptance and wondering why your unsaved neighbor is driving a new Lexus and you paying tithes.
