BRINGING HOME OTHER MEN'S WORK (INSPIRATIONAL STORY) (553 hits)

There once was a young male child who used to travel many places with his father the salesman and throughout their travel the young boy noticed various types of men and the line of work theses men did. His father was an insurance salesman going door to door. His father would always tell his son to never lose the human connection with people no matter how advance the world becomes with its technology, the young boy replied yes sir father. The young boy was from a broken home his parents were divorced and shared joint custody. What made the young boy’s home broken was the bitter way his parents interacted with each other. He used to remember how his parents would laugh, hug, kiss, play, and love to do things together, oh how those memories of his parents good times brought joy to this young boy.

One day while traveling with his father the young boy meets a carpenter and the carpenter told him to always take pride in whatever he does even if no one else does, the young boy asked if he could ask the carpenter a question and permission was granted. The young boy asked if the carpenter was married and the carpenter said no he is divorced, so the young boy said thank you and noted what the carpenter said as it was time to say goodbye.

One day while traveling with his father the young boy meets a computer technician and the computer technician told the young boy to always pay attention to the details no matter how small they may be the young boy asked if he could ask the computer technician a question and permission was granted. The young boy asked if the computer technician was married and the computer technician said no he is divorced, so the young boy said thank you and noted what the computer technician said as it was time to say goodbye.

One day while traveling with his father the young boy meets a Minister/Preacher and the Minister/Preacher told the young boy to always keep the trust and faith in God especially in times of turbulence and what seems impossible, the young boy asked if he could ask the Minister/Preacher a question and permission was granted. The young boy asked if the Minister/Preacher was married and the Minister/Preacher said well God frowned on this, no I am divorced, so the young boy said thank you and noted what the Minister/Preacher said as it was time to say goodbye.

One day the young boy becomes a young man and accepts a woman to be his wife this now young man who lives happily married for a long, long time becomes an old man. As the old man sat on the swing on his front porch with his wife of many years at his side his grandson came outside and said grandfather if he could ask a question and permission was granted. The young grandson asked how is it that you and grandmother are still happily married and his grandfather answered saying because I take home other men’s line of work. I take pride in my marriage, I pay attention to details no matter how small they maybe and I keep the trust and faith in God especially in times of turbulence and what seems impossible and I sold your grandmother life assurance I kept the human connection with her. ~ God’s happy and my marriage is blessed ~
