Assalamu Alaikum Sister Cheralyne, Thanks so much for this blog. I listened to the entire message and I was very enlightened & touched by the words I've heard. It wasn't until Michael passed on that I saw better who he was to the world. What an angel we've lost. Thank you so very much Sister.
I pray all is well with you and your family. I am so glad you had a chance to tune in to hear the message that Allah (God) put on the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan's heart to deliver to us.
Understanding the value of a person and the legacy he/ she leaves behind until they pass, unless we are blessed with insight from Allah while they are among us. One reason is because some of us don't see the beauty and the value in ourselves, which makes it easy to pull the wool over our eyes when it comes to others. We are also living in a world of gossip and slander that is mainly filtered through the media. If we are not conscious enough to study the people who bring the information to us, whether it is world, personal or entertainment news, we get trapped in the web of disbelief and falsehood. It's so easy to judge a book by it's cover. Reading and study the contents contained inside the book is the challenging part. Case and point: Have you ever picked up a book, looked at the cover design and title and based on one or both decided not to buy it? I know I have, only to go back, at one point, and out of curiousity, read the contents and find value in the book.
I tend to talk and type alot. I am very glad you were able to tune in. May Allah continue to bless you in your journeys to become one with Him.
Peace & Blessings, Sister Cheralyne C. Muhammad

I'm in absolute agreement with what you have said Sister Cheralyne. I'm thankful that I've had my eyes opened so that no one can pull the wool over my eyes again. I had no idea what Michael was going through, but I'm glad he had people like the Hon. Min Farrakhan to encourage him and counsel him with words of wisdom through his times of trouble. And yes I've fallen into the trap of missing out on good reads from looking at the cover...(((Lol)))
