Customer Service was what I was employed and paid to do, when I had a job, I was a Customer Service Professional for over 2 decades. I was a good employee, I did my job, but not only that, my success as a Customer Service Professional, game because I put my self my customer shoes, Empathy, the one word that is stress in my field of work.
Putting the shoe on the other foot, How would I feel, if I had that same problem, or issue, what is the outcome that I want when I get that customer on the line? What will I the less I will settle for? How can I help them solve their problem, etc? Do you see what I mean, and that’s how, I did it, why because, I had excellent training.
Let me stop for one moment, and say, I have been bless and had the opportunity to work for some great companies. I am thankful for each job I had, because it kept me and my family sheltered and fed. Remember, that too, being thankful will also get you to the next level.
The company’s success was their customer service. .These companies made sure that measures were put in place to insure that their representatives are consistent in their handing of customers. Quality Control Agents were put in place to police the issue and address it immediately.
There is a need, for small businesses to consult professional that can implement such programs. But here’s the problem, it’s too expensive to hire someone to train employees and provide an accountability system to insure it.
Here is the key, which has been said, by many of the Great Masters, is “to fill a need, to offer help and you will enjoy overflow”. When I really heard, after having many years, when I got it, it immediately changed my way of doing business, you can change yours immediately also, it happens, and you can’t stop it, by grabbing the key and opening the door, you invite overflow, if it’s your time to accept it.
Here is an example , have you ever had a book that you had read awhile back, it was a good book, if fact it was, one of your great motivation books that you had read that gave you a key to a door of opportunity? You haven’t read it for a while, maybe even years. You read it again; you discover another key, why, because it was time.
A great writer wrote about a time for everything; his wisdom showed him that there was a system in place, a natural order of things that cannot be changed. Time for everything.
The same thing applies with knowledge, that’s why I continue to read, and my business is continual education to become a Master.

Multiple Incomes: When I first started in MLM, it was a big no, no to even think of talking about another product or opportunity to add, incorporating the idea of multiple income streams, some say it can’t be done. If you do, you’re not serious.
Well, I was taught to believe the opposite; you must have multiple streams of income. The concept fits very well with my belief system and experiences. I was taught to diversify, as a stock broker and as a financial consultant.
Every successful person I know, that have mentored me, that I have seen on TV or I have read about are successfully wealthy, they all have one thing in common, they all have multiple streams of income. So the concept of not having only one business was not something that I could conform too, and was ousted at times about it.

When you meet, on social sites what do you say “Hi, look at my products” then spam, it will become a complete disaster for you, you will wonder why nobody is joining your wonderful program, what you have committed “is social site suicide,” I know this first hand. People are going to ignore you because you are not bringing value. One of my first mentors, when I started 2 years ago, in the social site scene, he was up front in his training, what not to do, he tells everyone, the ones who listens and receives will achieve success, the ones who don’t wonder and still will struggle and not get the full benefit of the business network they are in. Its simple 3 steps,
1. Introduce yourself.
2. Comment on something that you read, about them (yes you do have to read) Find out who they are? Be interested in people- where they come from, what type of business that they are in, read their profile, find something that you can connect with.
3. Use your signature with a link. It’s more acceptable, with your link, much better then filling up a person comments page with your stuff of oversize banners.

Law of Nature: People like to talk about them and are excited to talk about their product or service. You have to learn to let them and when you discover the key to listening and caring for others first and learn how to ask the right questions.
