HEALTH ALERT...DO NOT CLEAN YOUR HANDS WITH HAND SANITIZERS!!! (1014 hits)
Do not clean your hands with hand sanitizers.. Now I never thought I would have to use the information I learned from Biology 101 but now is the time. One important thing I learned was that hand sanitizers work they really do but do you understand what it means for you especially when it comes to Influenza A-H1N1 the new name for the swine flu? What I learned was this your body makes it's own protecting microorgansims. These micoroorganisms are your good ones. When you use hand santizers you have to understand that it work but it works too good because they remove not only the bad organisms but the good one's too. What happens then is that you are now unprotected from everything because you have just lost your good microorganisms while using these products. What does this mean? It means that you are susecptible to everything you come in path with. Such as that Swine Flu. That is why this thing spreads around getting some of us and not the rest of us. Please people do not use them I learned the hard way when I worked as a teacher aid in 2006 I kept getting colds one after another and the entire time I was using Hand Sanitizers every single day until I was informed by a former college classmate. Think people think!!!
Soap and warm water has always been the best deterrent to disease.

You could say this about all antibiotics, though. They kill the good bacteria along with the bad, so they need to be used with caution. But they are essential in the fight against disease.
