I wanted to give everyone an update on April, she had court yesterday;
charged with an "offense" that is UNKNOWN under FEDERAL law-on Feb.18th Article I Judge Dunagan proceeded w/out jurisdiction over April w/ the PREREHEARSED 2nd withdrawal of an atty. who had been cursin April out-& this 'judge' denied April access 2 the Court-she asked him Why is my bail $25,000.00 & I have no criminal record? How can the D.A. be allowed to use FALSE documents against me? WHY am I being charge when I AM the victim, a RAPE victim? Why am I being beaten by male deputies in jail? Why am I being FALSELY imprisoned? Why was i told by the police in the hospital to sign my baby over and they would let me go? The 'lawyer withdrew' & there4 she was unrepresented, although he was ineffective b4 he w/drew-this' judge' simply IGNORED her & had the deputies take her out of the courtroom, she has a right to know the nature & accusations against her NOT EVER given a copy of the criminal complaint, her FIRST time in this 'judge court room' despite MANY court hearings that 1/2 been held w/out her - 6th Amendment guarantees her right 2 address the court, due process guarantees the right 2 be heard, the 1st amendment guarantees the right 2 petition the government 4 a redress of grievances citizens in the gallery were shocked i said spread the word tell the world what u saw about this being a sham prosecution-this 'judge' allowed the public pretender to withdraw THEN asked April did she agree with HIS decision-but ignored her QUESTIONS she asked him You can help make this petition a success - please share this petition with your friends and family.
