I recently self published my second book entitled "Food for the Soul", a cookbook, which also discusses and examines the importance of marriage, love and relationships within the black community, as well as several other subjects encompassing African-Americans.

The soul food dishes featured include the following recipe types:
Breakfast
Meats
Appetizers
Side Dishes
Desserts

Inspired by two of my favorite friends who love to cook, which brings me to the questions:

1. What is your all time favorite dish?
2. What's the recipe or secret ingredient?
3. Who is your all time favorite chef?

"Food for the Soul" is available at www.authorhouse.com, Barnes & Noble and www.amazon.com ; a book 0f 600 pages by Maryanne D. Brown Campbell
