I'm Grateful for the Legacy of the Late Dr. Martin Luther King
I hope you all will take some time out today to reflect on how the legacy of Dr. King has personally affected each one of your lives. Inspite of all the obstacles and hurdles that we as a people still have to overcome, I know we can all agree that although we aren't where we need to be as a people... at least we aren't where we used to be. Today marks what would have been Dr. King's 80th birthday. Happy Birthday Dr. King and may your soul continue to rest in eternal peace.

When I think of how Dr. M.L.King's works have made it possible for me to be where I am today, I feel so proud and excited. Just knowing that I have a bright future and can provide an even brighter one for my son makes life much better. So many lives contributed to the chances many still take for granted today. I personally say "Never Could Have Made It Without You" Dr. King.
