Do victims have to be at least "Middle Class' to matter? Alot of rape and domestic violence victims are often poor, and income is classified as 'below poverty'; is this why the victims' faces are picked and chosen to be plastered in the media? I have not ever heard a politician state a classification of people who are not 'middle class'...
