Work you'll do
As a Lead Software Engineer I on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
Leading end-to-end delivery of pension and financial system solutions, including design, development, and deployment using .NET technologies across front-end and back-end components
Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and client stakeholders, across multiple geographic locations and time zones
Overseeing development and optimization of SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data integrations that support high-volume financial processing
Providing subject matter expertise in public pension systems, government accounting, and financial transaction workflows
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of public pension domain experience
5+ years of experience using Deloitte's Pension Administration Solution (DPAS) and 2+ years of .NET front-end and back-end development
5+ years of experience with government financial transactions and cash management
1+ years of experience managing business and technical teams across geographic locations and time zones
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
