Work you'll do
As an Oracle EPM Senior Consultant, FCCS on the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation engagements and delivering Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions for clients.
Work with clients to understand finance process needs, document requirements, and support solution design activities
Use analytical techniques to diagnose issues, evaluate current-state processes, and identify actionable improvement opportunities
Support configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and implementation activities for Oracle EPM cloud solutions
Develop recommendations and project deliverables based on analysis, stakeholder interviews, and engagement findings
Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to help implement solutions aligned to business and finance transformation objectives

Our Controllership and Treasury Transformation offering modernizes the finance function to align with the evolving business objectives of organizations. We collaborate with CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and treasurers to develop an efficient, high-quality, data-driven, and tech-enabled controllership and treasury function. This empowers our clients to deliver greater value to their business partners and investors.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm
Experience completing at least 1 full life cycle cloud Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation, including Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), or other consolidation modules
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:
Experience with extract, transform, load (ETL) tools and databases
Experience with finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements
Experience writing Groovy scripts
Experience managing engagements or workstreams within larger projects
Experience supporting presales, proposals, or request for proposal (RFP) activities
Experience with industry benchmarks and best practices
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 - $218,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
