Elementary School Assistant Principal
The Assistant Principal assists in the administration and supervision of the instructional program, student services, school operations, and staff support at Wayne Elementary School. This position requires a strong instructional leader who values collaboration, effective communication, and continuous school improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements Valid Pennsylvania Certification: Principal K–12 or Elementary Principal
Minimum of five years of teaching experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Experience with MTSS and special education preferred
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Thorough knowledge of current best practices in professional development, curriculum, instruction, and assessment
