How You値l Make an Impact
Lead training programs that boost performance and engagement.
Partner with leadership and HR to enhance onboarding experiences.
Track and analyze training KPIs for continuous improvement.
Maintain and optimize training management systems.
Develop materials using adult learning principles.
Drive accountability for employee capability development.
Benchmark best practices and share insights across teams.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor痴 degree in Training & Development, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
Hands-on experience with lean management systems.
Proven success in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Expertise in coaching and adult learning methodologies.
