Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
  • Provide day-to-day helpdesk support by responding to user questions, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality customer service for training and program-related needs.
  • Coordinate student enrollment and onboarding by working with state stakeholders and individual participants to ensure timely communication and smooth program participation.
  • Manage training site readiness and logistics, including scheduling, facility coordination, and ensuring all materials, technology, and support resources are prepared for successful sessions.
  • Develop, update, and enhance training materials, then deliver instructor-led training for diverse audiences across remote and in-person settings.
  • Administer post-course evaluations, analyze feedback, and support customized departmental training plans to continuously improve training effectiveness and meet business needs.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience planning, organizing, scheduling, and delivering training programs, including coordination of training operations and participant support.
  • 3+ years of experience working with healthcare policy, Medicaid, Social Security Administration (SSA), or health data tied to state and federal rules and procedures.
  • 2+ years of experience using Business Objects and/or Microsoft Power BI to develop, maintain, and provide training on business intelligence and analytic reports.
  • 2+ years of experience using SAS or similar statistical/data reporting tools to analyze large-volume databases and support reporting needs.
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare analysis, data mining, business process documentation, testing, implementation, and translating technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
