Join us!<br> </p><p><b>Job Description:</b><br>This job is responsible for contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing limited coding, testing, and metadata management to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement under guided supervision. Job expectations include interacting primarily with internal team, providing support for platforms and operations.</p><p></p><p>Lead the end-to-end execution of direct mail programs—from development through production release. You’ll manage multiple concurrent campaigns, partner across internal teams and external partners, and ensure all deliverables are met. This is a hands-on role focused on execution excellence, campaign versioning, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key part in achieving channel performance and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Direct mail production experience with strong print and mail expertise; capable of managing campaign and project execution. </p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage complex, time-sensitive work with third-party suppliers. </p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills. </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities and high-volume projects in dynamic environments while meeting deadlines and business objectives. </p></li><li><p>Skilled in problem identification, analysis, and resolution with independence and urgency. </p></li><li><p>Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat; quick to learn and adapt to bank applications supporting direct mail program management.</p></li></ul><p><br><b>Desired Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li><p>Experience working with creative teams and production vendors</p></li><li><p>Project management experience in a marketing or operations setting</p></li></ul><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Attention to Detail</p></li><li><p>Business Operations Management</p></li><li><p>Collaboration</p></li><li><p>Business Process Analysis</p></li><li><p>Decision Making</p></li><li><p>Oral Communications</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Education Requirement: </b>High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent</p><p></p><p>Internal employees who are currently working from home are still eligible to apply.
